DR8 Wyoming Mule Deer
STARTING AT $5,450
Many clients inquire about trophy western archery mule deer hunts and rarely do they consider Wyoming. This outfitter has been working with BSC since 1985 and has successfully guided our clients on quality animals. In 2018, the previous outfitter handed the operation over to his main guide asking BSC to help promote his private land archery mule deer and pronghorn hunts in September. Mark, his grandson and nephew hunted pronghorn in August. The outfitter is geared toward bowhunters and clients can book individual species hunt or a combo hunt in early September. The mule deer hunts are primarily spot and stalk hunting. You can expect bucks in the upper 170’s with most averaging in the low 160’s. Regardless, if your hunting lower Alberta or Eastern plains of Colorado, mature mule deer are difficult to hunt with archery equipment. We feel this area offers good numbers of quality bucks in bow-friendly terrain. Competitively priced and they have some of the best success rates offered. Only 6 archery hunters per year. Located south of Sheridan, you can fly into Casper with 2-hour drive to Buffalo or connect into Gillette only 1 hour. You will need 4 preference points to draw the tag.
Rates: 5-day 1x1 mule deer $5,450; combination hunt $5,850; add licenses and tag fees
