Raised in Northwest Ohio, Jay started bowhunting whitetails in his early teens. His interest in the mental and physical challenges of the sport have grown into dedication and passion for success.  Since joining BSC in 2005, that same dedication and passion grew to a new level and is shared with our clients.   With over 30 years of bowhunting experience, Jay has taken 24 North America Big Game species with bow. The past couple years, his credentials revealed over 70% success rate with a solid 92% shot opportunity. 
All contributing to his experience, as well as accurate and detailed information to his clients when booking a lifetime hunting adventure. ​​

ADAM CRAMER
​International Consultant for Africa, Eurasia, South America, and The South Pacific

Adam Cramer is an avid traveling bowhunter with over 30 years of experience across five continents.  He is a Regular Member of the Pope and Young Club and holds Life Memberships with the Ohio Bowhunters Association, Safari Club International, and The Wild Sheep Foundation.  When not traveling or hunting, Adam enjoys measuring the trophies of other hunters as an Official Measurer for Pope and Young, Boone and Crockett, and Safari Club International.
Adam has hunted across North America and has been on numerous adventures in Africa, Europe, South America, and the South Pacific with the fortune of harvesting many great trophies.  As Adam puts it, “There is no better way to see the world and experience new cultures than through international bowhunting.”

CINDY OSTING
​License Application Service

Cindy was introduced to bowhunting by Jay and has been successful on turkey, alligator, black bear, whitetail, antelope and caribou hunts. Cindy introduced BSC’s license application service to our clients nine years ago.  This service is designed to help our clients reach their bowhunting goals by acquiring preference points and license/tags in the western states.  Cindy is a member of Pope & Young Club and SCI.
