Kodiak Island is well-known for Sitka blacktail deer. This outfitter is located southwest of Old Harbor producing solid deer for many years and the terrain is more than bow friendly, offering good opportunity for the aggressive hunter. Nice cabins to relax in after a long day of hiking. All meals are served in a separate cabin. The archery hunts take place during the most favorable time to hunt deer, November rut. They have good bow guides offering 2x1 hunts right from the cabins or use power boats to access a large portion of the inlet. Charter flight from Kodiak to camp is arranged by the outfitter at the hunters expense.
