CAR2 Nunavut Central Barren Ground Caribou
The caribou hunting in Northwest Territories (NWT) has been closed for years and BSC is fortunate to have a very strong relationship with one of the few outfitters in Nunavut. This operation guides for Central Barren Ground Caribou and Muskox. With limited caribou permits, we encourage our hunters to get this species while permits last. The country is open and can be challenging to bowhunters. Hunters must be in good shape and will experience stalking animals for long distances. The muskox is available for a combo hunt. All archery hunts start late August into September. Wonderful country to hunt and explore with additional animals to hunt. Booking 12-18 months out.
Rate: $26,000 all-inclusive, includes 5% tax, air charter $2,900, and Lic/tag $300. Second caribou $7,500 trophy fee plus $1,500 tag, Muskox $8,500 trophy fee plus $1,500 tag, Wolf and Wolverine $500 tag each with no trophy fee. Grizzly with $8,500 trophy fee plus $2,500 tag.
