This is one of our top recommendations if you are looking for a great black bear hunt with all the comforts of home. You’ll stay in a wonderful 5,000 square foot lodge with meals beyond description, and the bear hunting is great too. You fly into Saskatoon and rent a car for the three-hour drive north toward Choiceland. BSC staff has been in dozens of bear camps throughout North America – you won’t find nicer accommodations and people, and hunting is excellent! Past clients have reported seeing 4 to 7 bears an evening. We had one client pass up 26 bears before taking a solid 19” boar. Many references are available. Hunts are 6 full days of hunting. Extensive use of trail cameras on most locations. Trophy fee payable on wounded bear but you are allowed to continue to hunt in the rare event a bear is lost.
