Some of largest Roosevelt Elk came from Vancouver Island and the mainland Sunshine Coast area of British Columbia. Our outfitter has one archery only zone and a couple tags for private lease hunts with mild terrain. Hunting elk consists of glassing green fields with some ground blinds options and spot and stalk when conditions are right. The dense timber country with steep dead falls has most of the area untouched with local pressure. We have booked several clients here during the rut and post rut. Several references are available. These are 1x1 hunts start Oct 1st. You’ll stay in a cabin with meals at local restaurant. Fly into Vancouver then into Sechelt.
Rates: 10-day 1x1 $30,000; plus $3,000 trophy fee; add tax, license and tag
