Our outfitter is largely responsible of the legalization of bowhunting in Greenland. Bowhunters now have another unique destination to hunt. Greenland is remote, with travel costs, airfare, hotels etc. similar to hunting the Canadian arctic.

Hunting camp is located 30 miles away from the nearest settlement, helicopter charter (Included) is the only way to reach this remote backcountry area. This comfortable camp consists of heated Artic shelters and Cabela’s XL cots. Season dates are August 1st to the end of October.

Muskox shot opportunity with relatively short amount of hiking has been 100%. Caribou is more difficult; hunters will need to be "In Shape” in order to do extensive hiking. Caribou shot opportunity using both bow and rifle has been 95%.

Hunts include all tags, license fees, taxes and helicopter transfers from Kangerlussuaq to camp and return.


Rates: Muskox only, 5-day hunt, 6 hunters in camp, $13,450 plus $1500 trophy fee.
