Turkey is said to be one of the “hidden treasures” of the hunting world as well as one of the safer places in Asia in which to travel. Most of the hunting is done out of the town of Antalya or Adana. Ground to camp can be between 2 and 4 hours depending on the area. Turkey is an excellent place to take a non-hunter who would enjoy the world-class shopping in the bazaar of Istanbul and the Old Town Harbor in Antalya. Turkey also has an abundance of ancient ruins to explore.


The immense horns on this ibex make it one of the most sought after Ibex in the world. The recommended hunt dates would be during the rutting season (November 10 through December 31).


The Ibex horns are an average of 40” to 50” on hunts in Prime Areas. Expect moderate to difficult climbing. Animals are abundant and one can expect lots of stalking opportunities.

Prime Area: A 7-day hunt includes 110cm (43.25”) ibex +trophy fee of $500 per additional cm above 110. The Observer fee is $ 1,750.
