The past few years we have received more requests on free range aoudad hunts. This outfitter is in the Texas panhandle, just outside of Amarillo. This hunt takes place in the scenic Palo Duro Canyon. All hunts are conducted from blinds over food sources. Most bowshots are at less than 20 yards. Since 2012, these hunts have been 100% successful on mature rams with horns 27-34” and bases measuring 12-14”. Live weight of big rams will be 250-300 pounds. Hunters will fly to Amarillo, Texas and stay in a 4 bedroom/2 bath ranch house. All meals and 1x1 guiding included. Hunts are for 3 days. This hunt is NOT as physically taxing as most sheep hunts. Two hunts conducted in September and October to coincide with the aoudad rut. Ask for more details on the Whitetail/Aoudad combo later October into November.


Rates: 3-day $7,500 plus exotic license; $500 trophy fee for mature ewes
